Betty White's 'secrets of longevity'

At the age of 89, Betty White remains as spry and wickedly funny as ever, so who better to give advice on longevity? On Monday, the "Hot in Cleveland" star and talk-show favorite stopped by "The Late Show" to deliver the top-10 list: "Betty White Tips for Living a Long and Happy Life."

For the most part, the list played into White's image as a slightly batty but ribald older lady (No 5: Schedule a nightly appointment with Dr. Johnnie Walker. No. 4: Take some wheatgrass, soy paste and carob. Toss in the garbage and cook yourself a big-ass piece of pork.)

This being late-night television, there were also some more topical jabs, such as No. 6: Avoid tweeting photos of your private parts -- aimed at Rep. Anthony Weiner but certainly a good rule of thumb for the rest of us.

But the biggest laughs of the night came at the expense of Miami Heat star LeBron James, whose once-vaunted image has taken a serious beating of late. "Never dwell on past mistakes. Especially you, LeBron," White declared, a dig at the forward's lackluster performance in the NBA Finals.

Losing to the Mavericks is one thing, but getting trash-talked by one of the "Golden Girls" -- all in the same week?
