E! News can exclusively report that Diaz has agreed to a deal with upscale Swiss watch company Tag Heuer to endorse its pricey timekeeping products!

We're told the multi-million dollar deal will feature Diaz as a brand "ambassador" much like Leonardo DiCaprio has in the past. The source says the worldwide ad campaign will appear in print and will continue for multiple years.

Other famous celebs that were the face of Tag Heuer include Tiger Woods and tennis star Maria Sharapova.

"Cameron doesn't do many endorsements, so the company thinks she will make a big splash," explains our insider.

HOLLYWOOD beauty Cameron Diaz picked up a bad case of the shakes while shooting comedy movie Bad Teacher.The sexy star says she was constantly in trouble on set for trying and failing to hide her giggling fits.“We were having so much fun, you have to laugh through a movie like this and you can’t keep it straight,” says Cameron in her defense.

“Whenever I was with Jason Segel and Justin Timberlake the two of them working, there were moments where I was like, ‘I’m never going to able to get through this take, I have to look over here.
