P90X: Extreme Home Fitness


The P90X or Power 90 Extreme is a revolutionary home workout system developed by Tony Horton and Beach Body CEO’s. The P90X focuses on cutting down an exceptional amount of body fat by incorporating multiple exercises and diet plans to your daily routine for 90 days.  It combines exercising techniques such as training, strength, cardio, yoga, and stretching.  And with summer  around the corner, people are looking to get that bathing suit body.


What you get when you buy the P90X is a revolutionary system of 12 workouts on DVD, the 3 phase nutrition plan, a detailed fitness guide, a P90X Calendar and tracking worksheets, and 24/7 online support. This means no gyms or fancy sports equipment are required. All that is needed is a small space, a set of dumbbells or resistance bands, a pull-up bar, and an hour a day.


The P90X also has three phases that assemble the P90X nutrition plan. Phase one is called “Shredder” and is a higher protein diet that jump starts your fat loss as you begin building muscle.  Phase two is called “Booster” and it’s responsible for giving your body the energy it needs with a balanced mix of carbohydrates and protein.
